Mary’s Lab — Return & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At Mary’s Lab, our products and creative services are made with care and, in many cases, customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order or project has been placed.

Custom Products
Custom apparel, gifts, and other personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made specifically for the customer.

Digital Designs & Services
Digital products and completed design services are non-refundable once the work has been started or delivered. This includes graphic design, branding, flyers, invitations, website design, and other custom creative services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that arrives damaged, defective, or substantially different from what you ordered, please contact Mary’s Lab within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Custom Quotes
For projects requiring a custom quote, customers will receive the project details and agreed price before payment. Once payment has been made and work has begun, the project is considered non-refundable.

Order Changes/Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production or design work has begun.
